You get the point.

Ah.. but what happens if it's your offer they accept?. Now the fun starts... you'll get a slew of addendums to sign.... NO CHANGES ALLOWED. You'll have to agree to the "Seller will not have to fix anything" addendum, the "There might be mold, but the seller could give a crap" addendum and the "$100 per day penalty if you don't close by tomorrow" addendum to name just a few of the papers that will be thrust in front of you for immediate (or "we'll sell the house to someone else") signature. Now, you are prepared to start the foreclosure buying process.
