Home values in Arrowhead Lakes in the Pocono Mountains are often more consistent than in other regions. Homes here have remained fairly steady price-wise, with slight value decreases. Lakefront homes have experienced some softness in this 2008 market because of the pressure of the economic downturn. However, Lakefronts have not lost the same amount of value (expressed in percentage) as homes back from the lake.
